Assembly Calendar
January / February
- Submit Special Interest Group meeting, workshop, session, booth, and meal function proposals (if eligible) for 蘑菇TV下载 .
- Send an updated roster of assembly officers to affsec@ncte.org if your assembly has turnover at the start of the calendar year and you did not send this in December.
March / April
- Register for the 蘑菇TV下载聽.
- 蘑菇TV下载 Ballots emailed.
May
- 蘑菇TV下载 Directors receive minutes of Annual Business Meeting of the Board of Directors for reporting to the members of their assemblies.
June
- Assemblies receive request from the affiliate office to submit their聽annual reports.
- 蘑菇TV下载 Ballots聽due to 蘑菇TV下载 headquarters.
August / September
- August 15: Assembly annual reports due to 蘑菇TV下载.
- September 15: Last day for receipt of assembly dues聽and name(s) of聽蘑菇TV下载 Director(s)聽in order to be represented at the Annual Business Meeting of the Board of Directors.
October
- Board of Directors packets sent to all designated directors by early November.
- Deadline for submitting resolutions聽to 蘑菇TV下载 Resolutions Committee聽Chair.
- October 20: 蘑菇TV下载 蘑菇TV下载 Day on Writing.
November
- 蘑菇TV下载 Annual Convention: Annual Business Meeting of the Board of Directors; assembly meetings during Special Interest Group time slots; some assembly workshops, sessions, meal functions, and booths. Pick up a program proposal form for the next 蘑菇TV下载聽.
December
- Many assembly officers take office. Send any assembly officer changes since July, including elections, resignations, etc., to affsec@ncte.org
- Newly elected and appointed 蘑菇TV下载 officers, committee chairs, and commission directors take office.
- Prepare proposals for workshop, session, booth, and meal function proposals (if eligible) and/or requests for Special Interest Group meeting proposals for 蘑菇TV下载 .
